Who has measured the seas in his hand?
Who has been able to form the stars?
Who has managed to create out of nothing
What exists and still with his hand
He sustains it and by his immense grace he does not let it fall?

You, who shapes the mountains and guides the wind
You illuminate man and his thoughts
You reveal your plans and your secrets
You transform darkness with your light
It is you, eternal God, who was, is, and always will be
It is you, eternal God, who was, is, and always will be

I know that you have been in my difficulties
Yes, sustaining me with your justice
I know that in trials you give me new strength
You are my shield and my strength
You sustain me with your immense grace
You do not let me fall

Hope and new strength
Strength will be found by those who trust in You
The nations of the earth
Every tongue will confess, declare your power
