The Needles of a Clock
The needles of a clock are inaugurated, they greet each other,
They chase each other, they advance, they achieve, they darken,
They light up, they stay awake, they seduce each other, they delay,
They caress each other, they cohabit, they possess and explore each other,
They fall in love.
The needles of a clock wake up, they work,
They connect, they ignite, they intersect, they prick each other,
They compete, they masturbate, they resist, they question each other,
They hurt each other, they turn around, they balance, they forgive each other,
They give each other time.
The needles of a clock reconcile and get stuck,
They relate, they intertwine, they get pregnant, they cheat on each other,
They prioritize, they untie, they penetrate, they rebel,
They darken, they tilt, they separate, they stop,
They wind each other up.
The needles of a clock mimic, despair,
They make an appointment, they argue, they saturate, they fight,
They feel nostalgic, they pair up, they eroticize, they retain,
They free themselves, they get involved, they coincide, they question each other,
They tick tock tick tock tick tock tick tock tick tock,
They clock-watch.
