El Llamado

The Call
What could love be?
Recently I think there isn't so much idiocy
Although I don't deny that the moment you touch me
You revive paradoxes that have once stolen my sleep
I'll summarize it like this
Meeting you was never in my plans
But I answered the call
Denying it looks bad on you, and you were calling me
I hide my past under a veil
Between failed romances and more haircuts
My character evolving
Increasing possibilities for sharing spaces
When I'm with you
I am deeply grateful for the kindness of this gift
Everything was so boring
You came, you made it eloquent
Your call was so bright
That it was impossible not to attend to you
I just answered the call
That's all I did
Follow the order to love you
And so I did, I loved you
I did, I loved you
In the world we tend to admire those who had the privilege of meeting someone else
McCartney with Lennon, for example, and Lennon with Yoko
Without having to ask
I came here to coincide with everything and you were calling me, I insist
I only answered the call to end up in this same room with you
And tonight the night surrounds us
And your legs look fluorescent
I perceive you as blatantly beautiful
Even if you deny getting dressed up to see me
But we'd be a couple of idiots
If we pretend that nothing is really happening here
When I'm with you
I am deeply grateful for the kindness of this gift
Everything was so boring
You came, you made it eloquent
Your call was so bright
That it was impossible not to attend to you
I just answered the call
That's all I did
Follow the order to love you
And so I did, I loved you
I did, I loved you
Your call was so bright
That it was impossible not to attend to you
I just answered the call
That's all I did
Follow the order to love you
Follow the order to love you
Follow the order to love you
