In this life, balance

Who built a pair for everything
If there's night, there's day
If there's Sun, there's a Moon
If there's land, there's a sea

You have to be thirsty to make the water worth it
There must be sadness to smile with joy
Feeling lonely gives meaning to friendship
And death makes us value life

There must be a battle for there to be a winner
And where there are thorns, there will always be a flower
Pain is not forever, life changes seasons
And for every shame, God will give a double portion

Don't stop, trust
That if today everything is difficult
Tomorrow will be a new day
There's relief for pain
Because the portions of life
Are in the hands of a God
Who keeps everything in balance
