Ó Senhor, Tu Me Conheces

O Lord, You know me, You know my life;
And also my thoughts I cannot hide from You;
Wherever I may be, Your Spirit is there;
Your hand, everywhere, will always reach me.

With my eyes I do not see You, but I feel Your love
You continually surround me, O eternal Creator.
Not even darkness can hide me from Your sublime eyes,
For night is like day to You, O great God.

Purify my path by Your power, Lord;
I desire to be sincere and walk in Your fear.
Wherever I may be, Your Spirit is there;
O Lord, You know me; there is no God besides You.
