O Glorious Lord, God of perfection
You have freed us from slavery
We are walking towards Your home of love
Singing, always, hymns of praise

On the journey to heaven, Lord
We find trials and pain
But we will never faint
By the hope of seeing Your face

You will make us cross valleys and mountains
And the rough sea, oh God creator
Nothing on this earth can stop us
Nothing prevents us from praising You

We are already far on the journey, oh God
And we already contemplate, by faith, the heavens
And the new earth that You will give us
