Strong Rock is the Eternal God
Our faith is built only on Him
His heavenly and fatherly love
Surrounds us in tribulation
The Creator frees us from the cunning tempter and protects us
We will fear nothing
For we have the Invincible

Forever lost will be
Those who trust only in themselves
But they will be helped from heaven
Believing in Jesus, our Guide
The Son of the good God is the Defender of His own, the King of glory
From Him we have strength
And we will achieve victory

If the forces of evil desired
To swallow us with hatred and fury
Before they could pounce on us
God would come to save us
His power is great
And He will make us win at all times
At the command of the eternal
The king of hell will flee

The Word that is our life
Must be exalted by us
It is the refuge of the faithful
That cannot be shaken
Evil will come to try to strip the redeemed
But we will have victory
For the kingdom and glory are ours
