Sehnsucht Ist Ein Anderes Wort
Claudia Jung
Longing Is Another Word
Everything is as it was
Sometimes I go out on saturdays
Sleep endlessly on Sunday
And roses bloom like before in front of our house
The dog greets after each day
The newspaper boy at the door
In the evening, old friends come
But hardly anyone asks about you anymore
My time no longer knows small wars
My day, not the fear of every night
I can live quite well without you
And longing is another word
Some dreams never die
But this one passed
But I live without tears
I am fine, I am content and free
My time no longer knows small wars
And my day not the fear of every night
I can live quite well without you
And longing is another word
Why I am writing you this letter
I don't know it
I don’t know if I’ll ever
Send will
I can live quite well without you
And longing is another word
It is quiet and peaceful, you are gone
And longing is another word
