When God Goes Silent
You have prayed so much
Shedding your tears
Every day your suffering increases
The answer that doesn't come
The victory that doesn't arrive
Adds storms to your life
And the trial is hurting in a way
That your suffering has become so intense
And increases the despair even more
Because God remains silent
God's silence hurts
God's silence hurts too much
God's silence brings anguish
God's silence takes away our peace
But when God speaks
The defeated becomes victorious
Failure turns into victory
Becomes a champion fighter
When Job was tested
God remained silent
Certainly the suffering was too much
Despised by friends
He buried his ten children
The abandonment of his wife and more
He lost his health and did not change his attitude
He continued to wait on the Lord
Friends criticized others' pain
And his comfort was a piece of broken pottery
