At the Lord's altar

At the Lord's altar, we go with love
to give to the Lord what He gave us

Bread we bring, wheat from God
for the table He prepared for us
Wine we bring, vineyard of God
for the feast of communion

Lights we bring, to illuminate
the holy table of our altar
Flowers we bring to cheer up
this meal of friendship

Today our play, our pain
our studies, Songs to the Lord
All our life we will give
for the offering of Christ on the altar
