Mortal Loucura

In the prayer, that unearths the earth
God wants those who are given care
To preach that life is a borrowed state
A thousand mysteries that unearth bury

Who does not take care of oneself, that is earth errs
That the high King, by renowned beloved
Is the one who assists him on the vigilant side
From death to the air does not unfasten fasten

Who cures the mortal madness of the world
The sacred will of God pleases
To secure his life in harsh bondage

Oh zealous voice, that doubled shouts
I already know that the flower of beauty, usury
Will be nothing at the end of this journey
