Amor Salvaje

How sad

It was wild
like a wild romance
and it ended in a love tragedy
as my horse
flew and flew to the sky.

He was the owner
of the most coveted filly
but a wild colt arrived
to try to steal his love.

It was a battle
without quarter and without truce
it was a duel to the death
my faithful horse defended
his mare until he fell.

With a sigh he said goodbye
and a sad neigh was heard
madly he started to gallop
and rushed into a ravine.

The enemy won by luck
but did not receive his prize
because the mare sought death
to reach her great love.
