In the coffee plantation where I was born in Villanueva
my singing was born one night of a full moon (Repeat).

The illusion was born of being able to sing to my homeland
with the accordion that always accompanies my sorrows
to make my singing cross all borders
and now I am happy and they listen to me in Venezuela.

My town, you know well that I love you
town of mine, and my singing will make you happy

Now that my songs are heard everywhere
I feel emotion and proud of my art (Repeat).
