The Day and the Night
The day wakes me up
Opening the window
Your happy face comes to wake me up
I take a little longer, and very slowly
I open my arms for the day to come
Outside the day is in a hurry
Running after everyone
Who always has a lot to do
Life is a great school
Where adults and children
Every day every hour
Have lessons to learn
The night so beautiful
Decorates the window
With its stars shining in the air
I stay quiet, I want a caress
And at night it hugs me so I can dream
Every day the day comes,
