Amor de Madre part. 2

I'm alone here in my cell sad and remembering
Paying a sentence because I have killed a man
Always thinking about my mother who fought for me all her life
That the advice she gave me never entered my head
I just hope that from heaven he hears me and can forgive me
I was a man who had everything, but I never had a dad.
There was something I wanted to tell him and I didn't feel up to it, so I had to keep quiet.
Months went by in my cell, one day a man arrived.
He had very white hair and blue eyes just like me.
According to what he says, he has been in this damn prison for 24 years.
And although he carries great sorrow and great pain in his chest
It was a January afternoon and my partner approached me.
He told me do you want us to talk and he sat down next to me
He told me, tell me about your life, things that you have inside of you.
I told him I had a good mother, but I didn't know my father.
And because I was with bad company, I lost my poor mother.
That man told me that a long time ago he had a woman
That whom he loved with his soul in her womb carried his son
I went out one afternoon to look for work because I had nothing to eat.
But everywhere he went he never had any luck, he didn't know what to do.
He met an old friend and convinced him to go rob
And in the middle of the robbery everything gets complicated and an innocent man had to kill
For 24 years he has been paying for all his mistakes.
Always thinking about his good beloved and his little son that he never knew.
I asked him what his beloved's name was and he answered
He told me his full name and a cold sweat ran through me.
That woman was my mother and in front of my father I was

A life story that happened to me
I didn't have a father, but I had a mother who fought for me all her life.
He who has a mother who always takes care of him, who knows how to value
Because the day he no longer has it much he will need it but it will be too late.
