Amor de Hospital

How hard and short life is
Today as I remember when I knew him
I surrendered into his arms, I felt loved
Without asking whose life it was

Time passed and our love grew
But one piece of news ruined my life
Through a call from someone he told me
Your love is dying, its life is slipping away

I went out to look for him
I arrived at the hospital where he was almost dead
But I saw his wife who had more right
Being by your side in the last moments

I wrote him a letter to say goodbye
And I stayed outside, crying in silence
It was given to him by the doctor who was treating him
In the midst of tears, I asked him to be very discreet

How many lessons his love left me
And on my knees I ask God for forgiveness
For our sin, for loving us so much
