I wouldn't trade my old lady with legs full of knots,
For an elegant young lady who wants to be my darling.
Because I know my old lady, she only likes me,
The young lady is dangerous, like a bullet.
She just wants my money to spend it all without mercy.

My old lady is so skinny she looks like a vine,
Her neck is so thin you can only see the Adam's apple.
When she walks, she walks in a zigzag,
She looks like a little owl up on the perch.
With the weight of age, she bent like a hook.

I made fun of my old lady, I caused a commotion,
I shot in all directions, made people roll in the dust.
Ran out of ammunition, I released the bone marrow,
The police got involved, I called on Father Jacob.
Even so, there was no way out, I ended up in jail.

My life was sweet, I had great pleasure,
Now at the end of life, bitter like a bitter gourd.
I used to be a jealous young man, now I'm old, worse off,
