Part 4
Hey
The saga's here, the favorite of the Pharisees
I see Miss Religion, all prim and proper
Twenty years to base my beliefs
Twenty years that love for your neighbor's still stuck in a museum
And judgment, as always, weighs heavier than sacrifice
Condemning's more than a hobby, it's like an addiction
They buried grace with the service at last
Only talking about rules and regulations, not the God who started it all, six kills
Through your filter, everything looks gray
You're just as guilty as the corrupt in this country
The church's disdain is throwing corn
When they attack bad fruit but don’t nurture the roots
If society's drowning in sin
It’s not because a big part of the church is asleep
Between the apostle and the prophetic, it’s all entertainment
And the blame falls on a singer and his sold-out shows
What a mess!
Blaming someone else for your bad work
The lamp on the table doesn’t go underneath
Sin stinks in every person who brought it
But condemning it won’t take away that stench
I’ll never agree with the world and its proposals
But I know where the real issue lies
I’m not fighting the flesh that fights back
But the root of that sin that infects it
I don’t defend the world, nor its empty intentions
But this war isn’t against people, my friend
The one who seems like an enemy today
Could be your brother tomorrow, hey
Correcting without offering salvation isn’t love
It’s just punishment in disguise
If you don’t guide people to the cross of the Savior, you’re just looking for a guaranteed sound
Throw the stone if you never needed grace in your life
Throw the stone without mercy, your world can’t reach you
Throw the stone if you went to the cross, only you paid that debt
Better get off your throne, you’re not the one who saved me
Throw the stone if you never needed grace in your life
Throw the stone without mercy, your world can’t reach you
Throw the stone if you went to the cross, only you paid that debt
Better get off your throne, you’re not the one who saved me

From A to Z, Alex Zurdo
Ha, already now, ha-ha!
Miss Religion, it’s me again
What you’re preaching, live it too
They made sacrifices but didn’t obey me
They talked about my word but didn’t know me
Gave ten out of a hundred to be prosperous
And didn’t see their brother who was desperate
In the same clothes, starving because he had no money
They were setting apart for worship because the kingdom comes first
Religious hypocrisy, if I call him Christ
Hate your brother, who sees him calls on a God he’s never seen
From heaven, they don’t know him, they leave him on read
Because they live with more hate than the Count of Monte Cristo
Six, Zurdo told me to break it down
Besides, I’m already paid up, bro
Say what you want, it’s more
Do what you want, I know I’m not a saint
(Therefore) but if I fall, I get back up
They live lying, keeping up a facade
Subjecting the people to rules they don’t follow at all
They’re irreplaceable, speaking tongues of nothing
But they’re different people with the camera off
They painted me as a sinner because I drank
Jesus turned water into wine, so the master drank?
I don’t believe it, they’ve got the Bible kidnapped
To their liking and misinterpreted (oh)
I fear nothing that’s on this earth
Your shots don’t scare me, brother, I grew up in war
I’ll close this mic
And if it’s not going to bless my brothers, shut your mouth
You preach clothes, Jesus preached love
They hate the sinner, but they hate the sinner
They talk more about Satan than about Jesus, their redeemer
Coherence, Magali, please!
Satan doesn’t even attack them, and they haven’t even noticed
Because they’re the only army that kills its own soldier
That brother doesn’t participate because he’s not married yet
But the one who tithes has many teeth, knows they live in sin
Oh, I think I went too far (hey), I think I went too far
They were in a flight but I landed them
They tried to stall me but I always embraced
Their sermons sounded nice, I analyzed it
I wrote this because I had a little free time
So excuse me if it affects your business
Don’t call it ministry, nor royal priesthood
Your church is a business if Jesus isn’t your partner
It’s Apostle so-and-so, that name isn’t even mentioned
They’re trees that bear no fruit nor shade
I came out of the rubble, roll out the carpet for me
There’s no man who surprises me, only God amazes me (bang-bang!)
Living in abundance in times of gray
Jehovah Rafa and Jehovah Nissi
My father’s business keeps me busy

Hey, here’s mine
I know I’m not perfect, that I shouldn’t point fingers
Hehe, but someone has to say things as they are

Remember that our struggle isn’t against flesh and blood
But against the forces that enslave souls
We’re not here to justify sin
But neither to condemn the sinner
If we forget this, we’re aiming our weapons at the wrong target
The one who seems like an enemy today, tomorrow could be a brother in faith
Rescued by grace
The same grace that saved you and saved me
That’s why church, let’s love more (let’s love more)
And condemn less
And remember that in the true battle, it’s spiritual
Get on your knees, it’s been said
